ALEXANDRA KREPS MD

Welcome to my website. To tell you a little bit about myself, I am a board certified Internal Medicine physician and native New Yorker who loves yoga, traveling and cooking. I received a BS in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University and graduated cum laude from St. George’s University School of Medicine. Prior to medical school, I worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering and Lenox Hill Hospital. I completed my residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Internal Medicine where I acquired an extensive knowledge of various diseases and pathologies. I am now a Clinical Assistant Professor and Primary Care Physician at Mount Sinai in New York City.

I am also fascinated by the intersection of healthcare and technology and the ways clinical products and telemedicine can be utilized to provide greater access to healthcare for all. I have various interests from digital health and AI utilization in medicine to women’s health, nutrition, and all that surrounds the wellness industry. I love advising and consulting with companies and leveraging my skills as a physician.

my philosophy

I bring an integrative and personalized approach to patient care. As a primary care physician, I employ preventative medicine practices and work closely with patients to identify and treat the root cause of their health concerns. My multidisciplinary approach allows me to incorporate the benefits of other practices such as nutrition and mental health counseling along with alternative practices such as acupuncture.
